Mein Kampf 1933 Edition
I own an almost completely undamaged copy of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf, a 1933 Edition published by Franz Eher Nachfolger G.m.b.h., Munich. It features a photograph of the author and a printed example of his signature. The contents of the book are printed in heavy gothic letters. This is almost certainly the oldest copy of Mein Kampf in Iceland -- the oldest copy I was able to find besides this one was the University Library's 1934 edition.
This book came into the possession of the family via my great-grandfather, Þórður Bjartmar Runólfsson (1899-1993), who studied engineering in Germany in the interwar years between 1918 and 1938. A business associate and friend in Germany often sent him gifts, amongst them this copy of Mein Kampf (along with a Luger pistol and, later on, a portrait of Adolf Hitler, both of whom were unfortunately thrown out by my great-grandmother).
Here are some photographs of the book. Click on the thumbnails to see a high-resolution image.
